  1. “when you get it right before you publish, you stop questions from confused prospects before they happen.” thanks for the word. keep sharing.

  2. “copy editors are like kids in a candy store…” made me laugh out loud. writing dates that match the calendar is part of being a precise communicator. if a company’s blog has mismatched dates, it might hint at a larger problem. their culture might not value precision. without a culture of precision, product and service quality may be spotty. if you do report a copy error to a company, you could use it to test their culture. how much time does it take fix the error? that is a test of how much time it might take if to fix your problems as a customer.

  3. hey stefanie,

people really like how you treat them. your customers should be your priority. i have been to different sections of marketing and customer handling but sometimes, i forget the dates.

i really need to focus. you have brought up a simple yet helpful tip. i should check the calendar for my next dates.

    thanks for sharing with us.
