in Dubrovnik
Apartment 1
The apartment is situated in „Zlatni Potok”
part of town, 10-15 minutes by walk from the
Old Town and from the beach. From the apartment
is the view on the Old Town, the sea and the
Lokrum island.
Its gay operated and we take the time to answer
all your general and gay related questions about
Dubrovnik. Open all year, check-in on agreement.
The apartment is about 60 sqm. There is one
big room with double bed, living room with 2
coaches where can also to sleeping 2 people,
2 terraces, smaller from the one room and the
big from the living room, kitchen, dinning room
and bathroom . Towels, blankets and sheets etc.
are there. Kitchen is provided with fridge,
stove, self catering. Bathroom has bathing tub
with shower, sink and washing machine. Usually
is not the problem to find free parking space
in front off the building.

Apartment is sutuated in Dubrovnik
and accommodates amaximum of 4 persons. There
is bedroom (double bed) with bathroom, dining/living
room (TV) sleeping 2 more persons, fully-equipped
kitchen, private terrace, air conditioning.
The apartment is a 10 minute walk away from
beaches, restaurants, cafes, tennis courts,
seaside walking areas. Also hotels, post office,
bank, boat to the nearby islands , rent a bike
/ scooter are near by apartment. Bus to Old
Town (15 min. ride), Bus Terminal Dubrovnik
Harbor.
Price:
May, June, July and August 45 Euro per
person, rest of year 40 Euro per night per person.
