About the Gay Apartments
in Dubrovnik
Apartment # 1
The apartment #1 is situated int he area called
„Zlatni Potok”, 10-15 minutes walk from the
Old Town and from the nearest beach. There is
a beautiful panoramic view from the apartment
on the historic Old Town the sea and the nearby
Lokrum island.
It is completely gay operated. We will take
effort and the time to answer all your general
and gay related questions concerning Dubrovnik.
The apartment is open all year long, check-in
and check out by agreement.
The apartment is about 60 sqm big. There is
one big bedroom with double bed, living room
with 2 coaches available for 2 people, 2 nice
terraces, smaller one has an acces from the
bedroom and the big one from the living room.
There is kitchen, dinning room and bathroom
with towels, blankets and sheets etc. Kitchen
is equiped with fridge, stove, self catering
etc. Bathroom has bathing tube with shower,
sink and washing machine. There is no problem
parking your car in front of the building.
Prices
Prices are the same for all apartments. The
prices are for one and each person per day:
May - 100 Euro
June - 140 Euro
July - 160 Euro
August - 160 Euro
September - 140 Euro
October - 100 Euro
Other months - 90 Euro

Apartment # 2
Apartment is sutuated in Dubrovnik and accommodates
a maximum of 4 persons. There is a bedroom (with
double bed) with bathroom, dining/living room
(with TV) for additional 2 persons. The kitchen
is fully-equipped, the apartment has a private
terrace, and it is air conditioned. The apartment
is a 10 minute away from public beaches, restaurants,
cafes, tennis courts, and the seaside walking
paths. Also, it is not far from the hotels,
post office, bank, and the harbor for the nearby
islands. You can also rent a bike or scooter.
You need 15 minutes to reach Old Town by bus
that conects Dubrovnik Bus Terminal with Dubrovnik
Harbor.
Price:
July, August and September: 55 Euro per night/person,
rest of the year: 50 Euro per night/person.
